A rubber vibrating foot pad needs a geometry and hardness selected for the equipment support arrangement. A harder molded pad can respond differently from a softer one, but hardness alone does not establish vibration reduction or supported load. The available contact area and installed compression also matter.
Check where the pad sits beneath the equipment and how it is retained. The supporting faces should load its intended area without a sharp edge cutting into a small section. Surrounding hardware must leave the working space required by the design rather than bypassing the rubber through direct rigid contact.
Evaluate the completed setup under the actual operating conditions. During service, inspect for movement away from the original seat, local wear and permanent changes in thickness. If the equipment rocks or contacts its base unexpectedly, assess the complete support layout before choosing a harder pad. A material change should not be used to conceal an unresolved difference in support height or an incorrectly positioned contact point.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
