A rubber tire for a toy car needs room around its rolling envelope as the wheel changes direction. A straight-ahead clearance check can miss contact that occurs when a steering wheel turns toward the body. Tire width, outer diameter, and deformation under the toy's intended use all influence that space.
Evaluate the tire with the actual axle, wheel support, and body fitted. Observe the inner and outer sidewalls through the permitted movement, including positions where a wheel approaches a fender or nearby mounting feature. A tire that touches intermittently may show a narrow rubbing mark before the obstruction is obvious during casual rolling.
If the toy design changes, compare the movement envelope rather than only the visible wheel diameter. Shifting an axle support or changing a body panel can alter clearance while leaving the tire itself unchanged. The molded material and attachment still need assessment within the complete toy for its intended users. During maintenance, clear trapped debris from the surrounding wheel space and investigate repeated sidewall marks before replacing the tire with another of the same size.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Shifting an axle support or changing a body panel can alter clearance while leaving the tire itself unchanged. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
