Transparent silicone elastic key buttons can provide a visible flexible operating surface over a custom electronic control. The molded shape needs to follow the housing opening and the mechanism beneath it. Transparency can assist visual inspection during assembly, while the support geometry determines the button's movement.
Check that the operating face remains centered and has clearance around its sides. A transparent part can make an underlying offset easier to notice, but appearance alone does not confirm correct travel or contact. Evaluate the button after the housing is fully assembled and its base is retained as intended.
The flexible section should return freely after both a short press and a longer hold. Keep the base flat during installation and avoid trapping an edge beneath nearby hardware. Select the material and any surface identification for the finished device's use and cleaning conditions. During care, remove surface residue without probing around the moving edge with a sharp tool. Inspect the button if the enclosure is reopened, then restore the original seating arrangement before checking operation again.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Transparency can assist visual inspection during assembly, while the support geometry determines the button's movement. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
