Match the attachment and installation method
Transparent small silicone stoppers provide custom closures for appropriately matched openings. Their compact form makes clean handling useful: a small particle or tool mark can occupy a significant part of the surface that contacts the opening.
Choose the inserted profile and exposed handling portion together. ETOL can adapt size, color, material and hardness for the intended closure. The part should remain accessible for removal without requiring a sharp point to be driven into its body.
Inspect the stopper and mating opening before insertion, then seat it with controlled pressure. Keep the contact area free of fingerprints or residue where the application requires a clean interface. Evaluate the assembled closure for its specified contents and use conditions. When the stopper is removed, place it on a suitable clean surface rather than leaving the inserted end against loose debris. Check for a rolled edge, nick or permanent change in shape before fitting again. If a replacement looks similar, compare its contact dimensions instead of relying on transparency and overall appearance to identify it.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Transparent small silicone stoppers provide custom closures for appropriately matched openings. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
