A rectangular plug closes a shaped opening with a custom molded rubber profile. The length, width, corner radii, and seating depth should follow the receiving feature. A square cover version uses its own corresponding geometry; similar area does not make the two outlines interchangeable.
Check the corners as carefully as the straight sides. A part that fits the overall dimensions can still fold or lift where the opening radius differs from the molded profile. The receiving depth also needs to allow the body to seat without bottoming out prematurely.
Fit the plug into a clean, smooth opening and inspect the complete perimeter. Select the silicone compound for the actual medium, temperature, and cleaning conditions. Any required water seal must be evaluated on the complete assembly under its intended exposure. Keep the accessible portion clear for the planned removal method. During reuse, check the corners and retaining edges for damage, replacing the part with the matching outline rather than forcing a similar rectangular closure into an incompatible seat.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The length, width, corner radii, and seating depth should follow the receiving feature. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
