Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Custom automotive rubber products are manufactured around a defined part geometry and compound for the intended vehicle application. Size, hardness and color can be adapted to the component. A consistent replacement configuration includes these details together, because visually similar molded parts can behave differently in the same installation.
Keep the selected formulation associated with the actual service location. A rubber part exposed to lubricant has different considerations from one placed near an exterior opening or a hot component. Dimensions alone do not capture those conditions, and a color change should not be used as a substitute for defining the material.
During replacement, inspect the mounting surfaces and compare the installed relationships with the intended arrangement. Hardware should bear on the correct areas without cutting into an unsupported edge. Store unused parts in a way that preserves their shape and keeps contact surfaces clean until assembly. If several variants are handled together, separate them by their defined part identity so a similar appearance does not lead to an incorrect fit in the vehicle.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
