An oval sealing rubber stopper can be custom molded to follow a noncircular opening. The long dimension, short dimension and curvature at the ends all contribute to fit. These features should match the working opening, while the exposed portion remains suitable for the intended handling method.
Check the stopper's orientation before fitting. The body should enter without twisting, with the rounded ends and longer sides reaching their seats together. A plug can look aligned along its long axis while one end is folded beneath the rim. Inspect around the full perimeter rather than judging from the central surface alone.
Choose the finished compound for the contents and environmental conditions. Custom color can distinguish an oval variant from other closures, but it does not replace matching the contour. Before reuse, clean the mating surface and inspect the ends for damage from removal. Avoid pulling the stopper from a thin corner or stretching it to compensate for an opening whose long dimension differs from the intended profile.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
