A small rectangular silicone seal needs its corner geometry matched closely to the receiving seat. Limited dimensions can make a folded corner consume a significant part of the available sealing area. Length, width, section and corner radii should therefore be defined together.
Custom material, hardness and color options allow the ring to follow the product. Select the silicone formulation for the actual exposure and assess any waterproofing requirement on the complete joint. The closing arrangement should compress the seal without dragging it sideways.
During fitting, locate the ring evenly rather than stretching the long sides to force the corners into position. Inspect the perimeter before the housing closes and check for any visible section escaping its seat afterward. During maintenance, examine corners directly for cuts or lasting folds that may be hard to see while installed. If one corner repeatedly bunches, review the receiving radius and closure sequence before changing only thickness. A compact seal benefits from a clear locating method that preserves its intended shape through assembly.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
