Custom windshield suction cups provide a removable contact between a mounted item and the glass. Windshield curvature can make the available sealing area different from a flat glass sample, so the cup should be evaluated at the actual intended location. Dimensions, color and molded details can be tailored to the mounting arrangement.
Find a smooth area where the entire cup perimeter can settle without crossing a textured band or surface interruption. Check how the attached item sits relative to the glass and whether its leverage pulls one edge of the cup outward. The mounting location must also leave the vehicle's intended view and controls clear.
Hardness options from 30 to 90 Shore A can be considered with the chosen cup geometry. Evaluate the complete attachment under the conditions expected at the windshield, including normal changes in the surrounding environment. A strong initial grip is only part of that assessment. Keep the glass and cup lip clean before installation, and release the cup before repositioning it. Inspect the sealing edge for cuts and the attachment area for distortion whenever the assembly is removed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
