An M6 thread suction cup with a nut connection is a useful starting point for a fixture that attaches through a matching plate or bracket. The threaded interface allows the mechanical joint to be defined independently of the contact face. For a workable assembly, however, the nut needs suitable access and the plate must sit in the intended position without compressing or twisting the cup unevenly.
Draw the fastening stack from the cup to the outer face of the hardware. Include the bracket thickness, hole size, thread length and any specified washers or locking arrangement. Confirm which hardware is included in the supply and which belongs to the customer's assembly. Also check tool access: a nut that can be reached on a loose sample may become inaccessible after the fixture is placed near an enclosure wall.
Suitable smooth, nonporous surfaces can include sound glass and glazed tile with an uninterrupted area beneath the cup lip. Establish whether the fixture is placed vertically, horizontally or at an angle, and describe how the connected item is handled. These details influence the forces at the cup edge. Retention needs to be checked on the complete bracket assembly rather than judged solely from how firmly the unconnected cup initially adheres.
When installing an M6 thread suction cup, use an assembly sequence that keeps the sealing lip relaxed and free of distortion. Inspect the hardware connection after normal repositioning and confirm that the bracket has not rotated relative to the cup. Keep the contact face clear of swarf or debris from the mounting plate. Release suction before moving the fixture to a new location. For custom production, ETOL can review the rubber body and connection dimensions from the fastening-stack drawing, supported by a sample of the mating bracket and a description of the proposed surface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
