Rubber handles and grips provide a flexible hand-contact surface over a tool, tube or operating handle. They appear on hand tools, equipment controls and other parts held or moved by the user. ETOL makes custom grips around the receiving profile, usable hand space and desired surface shape, with material and hardness selected for the intended handling conditions.

What dimensions define a slip-on rubber grip?
Measure the receiving handle's outside profile, usable length and any bend or stop that limits fitting. Then define the grip's inside shape, wall thickness and overall length. Check that the installed grip leaves space for the hand and nearby controls.
How can a grip be designed to resist turning?
Retention may depend on the internal fit, a keyed profile, a mechanical feature or an appropriate bonding arrangement. Match the method to the underlying handle and expected twisting force. A tight-looking fit does not by itself establish resistance to movement.
Is the softest material the most comfortable grip?
Comfort also depends on diameter, contour, texture and how long the handle is held. A very soft surface can move excessively over a narrow or poorly supported core. Compare the complete grip in its intended hand position rather than choosing hardness alone.
Can a grip include ribs or finger contours?
Yes. Molded surface features can be developed around the hand position and direction of use. Leave enough clearance for different grip positions and check that deep features do not make the part difficult to fit or clean.
