Rubber speaker mounting feet with metal features can provide a defined attachment point beneath a speaker cabinet. The rubber meets the supporting surface while the rigid feature interacts with the fixing arrangement. The cabinet construction should determine how that fixing is made and how deeply a screw can enter.
Avoid choosing fastener length from the foot alone. Cabinet wall thickness, internal clearance and any existing insert affect the available engagement. A screw that holds a replacement foot may still project farther into the cabinet than intended. The foot's metal feature must also sit in its planned position rather than contact the shelf through an overcompressed rubber layer.
Arrange the supports so the speaker stands steadily in its intended orientation. No specific acoustic improvement follows merely from adding rubber and metal; assess stability and any vibration behavior in the complete setup. When moving the speaker, lift it to avoid pulling sideways on the feet. Check for a loosened fixing or damaged rubber if the cabinet starts to rock.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
