Product Overview

A screw rubber foot for equipment uses a mechanical connection to retain a molded support component. The screw arrangement needs to match the receiving part, while the rubber face and height establish the contact beneath the equipment. These dimensions should be selected together rather than inferred from the fastening size alone.

Check the available thread engagement and any clearance inside the housing. The connection should secure the foot through its intended supported region without driving hardware against an internal component. The pad must also reach the surface below at a height compatible with the other feet.

Install using the equipment's specified hardware and fastening method, avoiding unnecessary twist through the rubber body. Assess the completed base for stable seating and clearance around nearby openings. During care, inspect the fastener and rubber together for loosening, cracking, or displacement. A replacement should reproduce the original mounting relationship and support height so that the equipment rests as intended rather than tilting on a differently sized foot.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Compare firmness under load at the intended contact face. Assess the completed base for stable seating and clearance around nearby openings.
Custom profile & fit
Check the available thread engagement and any clearance inside the housing.
Assembly considerations
Install using the equipment's specified hardware and fastening method, avoiding unnecessary twist through the rubber body.
Design check
Inspect the fastener and rubber together for loosening, cracking, or displacement.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
