Buna-N rubber mounts can be customized for industrial, electronic or automotive mounting interfaces. Their profile and attachment arrangement should follow the intended load direction and surrounding space. Select the finished Buna-N formulation for the fluids, temperature and other conditions at the location.
Bring the mating hardware into alignment before securing the mount. Twisting the rubber to reach an offset fastening point can leave the component preloaded before the equipment operates. Check that its flexible region has clearance through the expected movement and that adjacent parts do not make unintended rigid contact.
Assess any vibration reduction with the complete assembly. Rubber mount geometry and mounting conditions determine its role; the component should not be treated as a hydraulic device simply because it is described as a damper. During inspection, examine transitions between rubber and attachment regions for displacement or separation. Look for persistent deformation that suggests an unintended resting load. A replacement should restore the specified geometry without repeating an alignment problem in the surrounding hardware.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
