A silicone rubber stopper with pull-ring provides a dedicated handling feature for removing the solid closure from its designated opening. The ring should remain accessible once surrounding parts are installed, and the retained body should be sized so removal does not require excessive force through that feature.
Develop the plug profile, ring dimensions and material together. Check how the removal direction lines up with the opening; pulling sideways around an obstruction can load one area of the ring or retained edge differently from the intended method. Custom size and color can follow the assembly design.
Fit the stopper to its designated seat without trapping the pull-ring beneath another component. Any sealing requirement should be evaluated with the complete closure and operating conditions. During maintenance, inspect the ring's connection to the body as well as the contacting surface of the plug. Replace a torn or weakened handling feature rather than continuing to pull it harder, and investigate a changed fit if removal has become unexpectedly difficult.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
