An HNBR Rubber Plug can be customized in structure, dimensions, hardness and color for a particular opening. The body should match the hole's working profile, with enough engagement for the intended closing arrangement and suitable access for removal. Select the finished HNBR formulation according to the actual contact environment.
Identify the media and surfaces encountered on each side of the plug. Contents inside a component and cleaning products outside it may place different requirements on the same part. Those conditions should guide material selection alongside the geometric fit. General environmental language does not replace assessing the finished compound for its intended use.
Fit the plug into a clean opening without forcing it past an internal step or sharp edge. Check whether the exposed portion reaches its intended position evenly. During reuse, examine the inserted body as well as the visible top for cuts, swelling or permanent deformation. Keep replacement parts associated with their material and working dimensions so a similar colored plug is not substituted solely on appearance.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
