Match the attachment and installation method
An equipment rubber foot pad should match both its mounting connection and the height required beneath the supported object. M3 and M4 options provide different small fastening sizes for chair or equipment applications. The selected molded dimensions need to suit the base rather than being inferred from the thread size.
Map the support positions and compare their attachment details. Pads beneath the same base should establish compatible heights and contact areas so that the load is shared as intended. A foot can fit its hole correctly yet still be unsuitable if it leaves the equipment tilted or interferes with nearby components.
Install each pad with the specified hardware and check that the rubber remains seated around the connection. Assess the assembly on its intended surface before operation. Keep the contact faces clean and inspect for movement after the equipment has been relocated. When replacing a pad, match the required geometry and material along with the fastener designation. Do not use unrelated foot thicknesses to compensate for an uneven or damaged supporting structure.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Pads beneath the same base should establish compatible heights and contact areas so that the load is shared as intended. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
