A custom rubber vacuum suction cup should be selected with the workpiece surface and routine cleaning conditions in mind. A silicone sucker version can be developed in the required dimensions, while the finished material must suit the residues and environment encountered during operation. The cup lip is the region where those conditions directly affect contact.
Look at the surface at the moment of pickup. Residue from an earlier process, loose particles or a changed finish may affect how the cup seats even when the workpiece dimensions remain constant. Evaluate the intended cup and vacuum arrangement using representative items rather than only a clean flat substitute.
Keep the cleaning method consistent with the chosen material. Remove debris without stretching or scraping the contact rim, and inspect it before returning the cup to service. If cleaning does not restore consistent contact, check for a nick or permanent change in profile. Replacement should preserve the mounting and approach geometry as well as material suitability, so a maintenance change does not introduce a new fit problem.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The suction cup's lip and compound need to suit the workpiece surface and operating environment at the contact area. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
