Match the attachment and installation method
Black silicone threaded suction cups provide a custom vacuum contact component with a threaded mounting arrangement. Match the thread and engagement length to the equipment connection, then check the cup's working height and contact footprint. A compatible thread is only one part of the installed fit.
Mount the component without winding the flexible cup body out of shape. The connection should locate the cup while leaving the lip free to meet the workpiece. Check whether tightening changes the cup angle or pulls one side higher than the other. Those changes can affect initial contact before vacuum is applied.
Select the silicone formulation and dimensions for the surface and process conditions. Evaluate gripping with the complete vacuum system and actual movement of the item. During maintenance, inspect the mounting area for movement and the lip for cuts or embedded debris. If a replacement cup has a different height, review the machine approach setting instead of assuming the previous position remains correct. Keep the thread connection clean so the component seats as intended.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
