Match the attachment and installation method
A custom Silicone keyboard brings multiple flexible buttons into a shared molded component. The connecting regions should allow each intended input to move without pulling a neighboring key against its opening or affecting its resting position.
Define the layout around the front housing and underlying contact arrangement. Key spacing and locating features should keep the web relaxed when the enclosure is assembled. A keypad stretched to align the last opening may leave other keys displaced even if the first few fit correctly.
During evaluation, press adjacent keys individually and in the combinations expected for the control. Check that each returns freely and that the complete electronics register the intended inputs. Inspect the housing edges where the largest movement occurs. During servicing, keep the underside clean and handle the component by supported areas rather than pulling it free through one key. If several buttons show interaction after closure, review the overall locating geometry and internal clearance before modifying individual openings or accepting the distorted fit as normal.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Key spacing and locating features should keep the web relaxed when the enclosure is assembled. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
