A small silicone rubber stopper should close its intended opening while leaving a usable handling area outside the seat. A compact closure can become difficult to remove if fitted too deeply or surrounded by hardware that blocks access to its head.
ETOL can adapt dimensions, material, hardness and color. Define the inserted portion and the assembled clearance before selecting the profile. Where a plastic construction is considered instead, assess the corresponding retention and insertion behavior rather than assuming it fits like the flexible version.
Seat the stopper in alignment and inspect the perimeter for an edge folded inward. Use the intended removal feature during service, keeping sharp tools away from the contact surface. Evaluate the closure under the specified conditions of the completed assembly. If the component is removed frequently, inspect the head-to-body junction for developing tears and keep its inserted end clean between uses. A damaged stopper should be replaced with the appropriate profile instead of being pushed farther into the opening to regain temporary contact.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
