A silicone drain stopper with a hole needs to be designed around the intended drainage arrangement. The hole may be part of a defined interface or another feature of the closure, so its function should be established alongside the outer sealing profile. A bored component should not be selected as though it were a solid stopper.
Consider the path of liquid in both the open and closed conditions. The plug's installed position, central feature, and surrounding drain surface determine where liquid can pass or collect. If another part occupies the hole, assess that interface after the plug is seated. The outer body should fit without distorting the center away from its intended alignment.
Choose the material for the actual liquid, temperature, and cleaning process. Remove deposits from the drain seat before fitting, and inspect the bore as well as the outside contact area during cleaning. A stopper that sits visibly level may still hold debris beneath its edge. Custom dimensions and hardness should support the planned removal method so that the working surface is not damaged each time the drain is opened.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
