These silicone rubber feet are custom molded for compatible shelf or chair supports. The receiving cavity and base dimensions should preserve the furniture's intended contact height, with color and compound options available. Consistent seating matters when several feet work together beneath one item.
Check the end of each support before fitting. A coating build-up, rough seam or taper can stop one foot earlier than the others. The rubber should reach its designed seat without a folded wall or concentrated cut from the member underneath.
Set the furniture on its intended surface and compare contact across the supports. A mismatch should be traced to the leg, seating position or foot profile rather than corrected by leaving one cap partly fitted. Keep the floor-contact faces clean during assembly and packing. During later maintenance, inspect the center of each base for wear from the support end. Replacing a foot should restore the original seated height and compound, not merely cover the exposed member with any available cap that appears close in size.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
