Rubber corner protection needs a molded shape that follows the corner it covers, including its angle, radius, and surrounding faces. A guard that touches only at a small point can sit unstably or leave an exposed edge beside it. The internal contour and attachment method should be developed around the actual component.
Consider what is likely to contact the corner and how the guard can be reached during ordinary handling. An exposed lip that catches repeatedly may receive peeling force even when the main contact face is adequately supported. The guard should not obstruct a nearby hinge, opening, or other moving feature.
Inspect the underlying corner before installation; a flexible cover does not repair structural damage. Fit the guard in its intended orientation and check that it remains located through normal use. The rubber shape can soften local contact but does not establish a rated impact protection level. During maintenance, examine attachment and edge condition together, and replace a displaced or torn guard rather than leaving part of the corner incompletely covered.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
