Custom molded silicone rubber foot pads provide flexible contact surfaces beneath a supported item. Their footprint and mounting location should suit the way the item rests, including the position of its weight and the surface underneath. A broad pad is useful only where its base actually carries contact.
Set the assembled item on a representative surface and inspect each support location. A recessed mount or uneven base can leave part of a pad unloaded while another edge carries the contact. Custom size, material and color allow the pad to follow that geometry. Check nearby clearances so the selected height does not make another component touch the surface before the feet do. During ordinary repositioning, inspect for a pad that turns or lifts at its mount. Keep hard grit from becoming trapped beneath the rubber. If the item begins rocking, review all support positions before selecting a thicker replacement for just one location, which may change the intended stance elsewhere.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
