Custom anti vibration rubber feet provide compliant contacts at the lower ends of an assembly. In a tip or cover configuration, the retained fit needs to keep each foot correctly positioned while the rubber contact is evaluated under the equipment's actual movement.
Develop the socket or mounting section around the mating part, with material and hardness selected for the application. The amount of rubber beneath the supported item, its contact area and the way other components connect to the base all influence the result. A loose cover or direct hard contact beside it can change the intended behavior.
Fit the feet completely before testing the assembly. Check the equipment through the required operating sequence and inspect for shifting, rocking or excessive compression. Do not infer a quantified vibration reduction from the rubber material alone. During servicing, examine the inside of a removed cover for wear caused by movement against the leg or mounting feature, and correct a loose fit before installing the equipment again.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
