Product Overview

A Flexible silicone grip cover adds a molded outer surface to a handle or component that is held in the hand. The cover should follow the grip area without interfering with controls, joints or features that must remain accessible during use.

ETOL customizes the dimensions, material, hardness, color and branding. Establish the hand-contact region and the parts of the underlying component that the cover should leave clear. A sleeve can change the effective grip size, so evaluate the assembled feel rather than choosing from the loose rubber shape alone.

Check the fit while operating nearby buttons or moving the handle through its intended range. The cover should not roll toward a control or gather into a ridge where the fingers apply force. If moisture exclusion is required, include the open edges and any cutouts in the full assembly evaluation.

During installation, keep the inside free of grit that could mark the underlying finish. Seat the cover progressively without stretching one thin area over a projection. After cleaning, verify that it has returned to its intended position and does not rotate unexpectedly on the grip. Remove it for inspection if debris becomes trapped underneath or an edge starts to split through repeated handling.

Material options
Custom silicone formulation and color for the specified shape and working environment.
Hardness range
20–80 Shore A for silicone. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Seat the cover progressively without stretching one thin area over a projection.
Custom profile & fit

Assembly considerations

Design check
If moisture exclusion is required, include the open edges and any cutouts in the full assembly evaluation.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
