Rubber dustproof covers close unused USB areas after a cable or accessory has been removed. The custom cap should suit the particular port and the surrounding enclosure, leaving enough access to fit it without touching delicate connector features. Size, material and color can be chosen for the device layout.
Make cover replacement part of the normal disconnection sequence. Inspect the cap before fitting, especially if it has been stored nearby while the port was in use. Its protective surface should be free of lint or particles that could be pushed into the opening. Seat it in the intended orientation rather than forcing a close but incorrect profile into the port. Check that any adjoining connection still has its needed clearance. When the cover is next removed, examine the inserted edge for damage and keep it separate from dirty work surfaces. If it no longer stays located during normal handling, replace the fitted part rather than leaving the port partly covered by a distorted cap.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
