Protective rubber tips for chair legs are customized around the furniture's contact with the floor. The tip should match the end profile and its operating angle, allowing the base to meet the surface without a narrow edge taking all the contact.
ETOL can change structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color. Examine the bare leg before selecting the replacement, especially if the old tip has worn unevenly. A slanted cut, bent section or partially seated cover can explain why one side of the rubber has carried more wear.
Fit the chosen tip with the chair supported and inspect the whole base after lowering it. It should remain retained when the chair is lifted, without rolling sideways during ordinary repositioning. Keep grit off the floor-facing surface and check the mouth for tears whenever the cover is removed. Replacing a worn tip is also an opportunity to correct the original fit; copying the distorted shape of the old part may reproduce the same uneven contact in the new one.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
