Rubber feet for cutting board installation create spaced support points beneath the working surface. Their layout matters when preparation takes place near an edge: a board can tip or rock if the supports sit too far inward, even when each foot grips the worktop well. Choose positions that suit the board's dimensions and structure.
The rubber profile and installed height should keep the board level without excessive movement under ordinary hand pressure. Attachment areas must remain secure through the intended cleaning routine. Material choice should reflect that routine and any relevant contact requirements rather than relying on a broad rubber designation.
Check the completed board on the surface where it will be used. Remove water, oil and particles from the contact areas before assessing stability. Inspect the underside after washing for loose feet and residue around their fixings. If the board starts rocking, determine whether a foot has changed height, detached or collected debris before adding extra pads that could make the original support arrangement less predictable.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
