Furniture leg rubber feet covers have two fit requirements: the cavity that receives the leg and the base that contacts the floor. Both matter when developing a custom part. Walker applications require their own compatible tip configuration, so establish the intended support before selecting a similar-looking cover.
For furniture, a secure cavity should allow the leg to seat without splitting the rim. The base needs the correct orientation and footprint for the leg angle. A snug tube fit does not guarantee flat floor contact. ETOL offers custom sizes, compound choices and colors, allowing these features to be specified together.
A mobility-device application requires its own compatible version; no general interchangeability or load rating is supplied here. Keep such parts separate from ordinary furniture replacements during assembly and storage. Before reusing a cover, inspect inside for a worn pocket where the leg end bears. Clean the underside and remove any hard particles. A deep internal wear mark can justify replacement even when the visible outside still appears tidy.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
