OEM rubber feet for chairs are made to suit the furniture's leg geometry, with size, color, material and logo customization available. For a production set, consistency of the installed position matters as much as the appearance of the loose parts. Each foot should reach the same intended seating relationship with its corresponding leg.
Use the actual leg-end dimensions as the fit reference, including any coating or taper. A cap that varies in seating depth can change the chair's contact with the floor even if its outside height appears identical. Check the fit after the frame has been assembled, when leg angles and spacing are established.
For products also intended for ladders or equipment, select a version assessed for that specific use rather than extending the chair application automatically. Different support loads and leg interfaces require corresponding choices of geometry and compound for each product.
Keep the bases clean during final assembly so debris is not pressed into a customer's flooring. Inspect a completed chair for rocking and displaced rims before packing it, and preserve the feet's normal shape during storage rather than compressing them beneath loose hardware.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A cap that varies in seating depth can change the chair's contact with the floor even if its outside height appears identical. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
