Rubber feet for goods shelf use should be matched to the frame and its intended support arrangement. The molded size, hardness, and material need to suit the contact surface and expected environment. Where warmth is present, choose the compound for the actual temperature at the foot rather than for a general heat-related label.
Check the frame's mounting points and the installed height of each foot. The shelf should rest as designed without load being concentrated by a partly seated component. The rubber feet do not change the shelf's rated loading or replace any required frame anchoring.
Fit the parts using the intended attachment method and assess the shelving in its normal location. Keep the contact areas clean, especially where particles can collect under a loaded support. During maintenance, inspect for displacement, splitting, or permanent changes in height. Replace damaged feet with the specified geometry and compound, maintaining compatible support across the frame rather than adding an arbitrary pad beneath one point to conceal a structural alignment problem.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
