Silicone end rubber caps keep dust off exposed ends during storage or handling. Their inner shape suits the covered component. ETOL offers customized dimensions, colors and logos, with several rubber compounds available alongside silicone.
For temporary protection, consider how the component moves through the workspace. The cap must remain attached when the part is lifted or turned, yet come off without scraping the protected end. An internal shoulder or an unusually deep cavity can change where the cap seats, so diameter alone does not describe its fit.
Check the inside under good lighting before each reuse. Loose debris transferred from a storage tray can become trapped against the very surface being protected. Put removed caps in a clean location instead of placing their openings downward on a dusty bench. If a rim becomes stretched or torn, replace the cap; a loose cover can fall away unnoticed during the next handling stage.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. An internal shoulder or an unusually deep cavity can change where the cap seats, so diameter alone does not describe its fit. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
