Product Overview

Tapered rubber cushion feet provide a shaped rubber interface beneath a supported item. Their changing outline makes orientation important: the mounting side and the contact side need to correspond to the intended design. Custom dimensions and color can be selected, with rubber hardness options listed from 30 to 90 Shore A.

Establish how the foot is retained and which area should meet the supporting surface. A taper that fits neatly into a recess may have less usable contact area than its largest outer dimension suggests. Check the loaded position rather than assuming the broadest visible outline is the footprint carrying the item.

Trial the complete support arrangement on the intended surface and inspect whether every foot sits naturally. A tilted installation can cause the taper to bear along an edge, creating a different contact from the designed flat base. Lift the item when repositioning where practical, and keep hard debris from collecting underneath. If the rubber begins to lean or spread unevenly, review the mounting and loading conditions before replacing it with a visually similar shape.

Rubber Feet Size Catalog

Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.

Recessed Rubber Feet

12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
