Product Overview

Self-adhesive clear rubber feet provide small support or bumper contact points where a dark pad would interrupt the product's appearance. ETOL makes these clear rubber bumper pads to the required support footprint and height; define the mounting finish and quantity when specifying an order. The transparency makes placement and surface preparation especially noticeable in the finished assembly.

Dust, fingerprints, or uneven contact beneath a clear pad may remain visible after fitting. Clean and dry the mounting face, handle the pad by its edges, and align it before applying pressure. Its full adhesive footprint should lie on the intended surface rather than partly crossing a recess.

Select the thickness around the actual contact gap. A visually discreet pad can still hold a closure too far open if its height is unsuitable. The chosen material and adhesive should match the substrate and cleaning routine. Check the perimeter during care for dirt accumulation or lifting. If a pad needs replacement, remove remaining adhesive from the seat before fitting the new part so the visible finish and working height remain consistent.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Compare firmness under load at the intended contact face. Select the thickness around the actual contact gap.
Custom profile & fit
Their custom dimensions can fit a defined support or closing location.
Assembly considerations
If a pad needs replacement, remove remaining adhesive from the seat before fitting the new part so the visible finish and working height remain consistent.
Design check
Check the perimeter during care for dirt accumulation or lifting.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
