A Silicone water bottle cap is a custom closure whose fit needs to follow the bottle opening and the way the cap is retained. The contact area may include the rim and a section of the neck, so the nominal bottle size alone is not enough to establish compatibility. Size and color can be tailored to the intended container.
Examine the rim for steps or changes in profile that the rubber must accommodate. The closure should sit in its intended position without one edge remaining lifted. When evaluating a drinking-water application, select the finished material for that use; a silicone name alone does not establish the complete contact specification. Test the closure with the actual bottle and normal handling before relying on its seal. For care, clean the mating surfaces and allow a removed cap to dry without trapping residue in its recesses. Refit it squarely, and replace a cap whose rim is torn or whose fit has become loose after use.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The contact area may include the rim and a section of the neck, so the nominal bottle size alone is not enough to establish compatibility. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
