A Silicone Pipe End Cap covers an exposed pipe end with a flexible outer closure. For a cap that fits over the pipe, the important mating dimension is the pipe's exterior, together with the length available for engagement. The internal bore of the pipe does not define that fit. Custom size and color options allow the cover to follow the component being protected.
Check the outside surface near the end for a bead, coating ridge or joint that could obstruct insertion. The cap should settle to the intended depth without being stretched unevenly around that feature. Remove burrs before fitting so the end cannot cut into the rubber from inside. If the cover is removed during maintenance, keep its cavity clean before putting it back on. Inspect the opening edge for a split and confirm that it still grips the intended surface. A loose cover should be replaced with the correct fit rather than packed with scraps that can fall into the pipe.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. For a cap that fits over the pipe, the important mating dimension is the pipe's exterior, together with the length available for engagement. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
