Rubber feet with washer fittings combine a compliant furniture contact part with a defined hardware interface. The washer relationship matters because the fastening force should act through the intended seat rather than being concentrated at an unsuitable edge of the rubber. This listing can be developed around a custom furniture bumper arrangement when the mating hardware and molded profile are specified together.
Provide a section showing the screw or other fastener, the washer and the furniture mounting surface. Confirm whether the washer is a separate supplied component or retained within the molded part. Include its diameter, hole size and position, along with the required clearance to the floor-facing base. A washer that appears acceptable in a top view may interfere with the cavity or sit incorrectly once the fastener is installed.
ETOL lists customization of geometry, dimensions, material and hardness. Discuss the rubber profile with the hardware arrangement already identified so the sample reflects the intended force distribution. State which components are included in the requested supply and which are installed by the furniture manufacturer. This avoids treating a reference photograph as a complete specification for the fastening stack.
Fit rubber feet with washer assemblies according to the agreed hardware requirements and inspect for uneven seating as the connection is secured. The rubber should not be cut by a burr or forced into a gap around the washer. Check the finished furniture on its intended contact surface and verify that no hardware can reach the floor through the base. During maintenance, examine the washer area for movement or visible damage as well as checking base wear. For repeat purchasing, retain the approved hardware specification with the molded-part drawing so changes to either component are reviewed before substitution.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Provide a section showing the screw or other fastener, the washer and the furniture mounting surface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
