Small silicone buttons in a numeric layout need enough separation for individual entries while fitting within the available panel space. The molded head dimensions should be selected with the user's normal finger approach in mind. A compact layout can still require different spacing around an adjacent function key or case edge.
Coordinate the visible keys with their underside actuators or contacts and the receiving board. The supporting web should keep the positions registered without transferring one press into a neighboring input. Housing openings need to leave the moving walls clear after final fastening.
Evaluate the completed keypad for each intended command and for full release after a press. The silicone component does not establish a particular electrical interface or operating-life figure. During servicing, inspect the small openings for residue and the sheet perimeter for a trapped edge. Restore the original seating before assessing performance so the limited travel and clearance remain those of the intended design.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
