An electric push button membrane should provide its intended panel contact while allowing each silicone key to move and return freely. The perimeter and any openings are part of the water barrier design, while the lower support controls how presses reach the switches. Those functions need to remain coordinated when the enclosure is fastened.
Define the sealing path, locating features, and travel beneath the keys. Check whether fasteners or adjacent components constrain flexible regions. Select the compound and marking method for the actual operating and cleaning conditions of the completed equipment.
Assemble on clean surfaces without trapping a corner or stretching the membrane into place. Test all inputs after final fastening, then assess the completed enclosure under its relevant water exposure. The silicone component alone does not establish an enclosure protection rating.
During maintenance, inspect the perimeter as well as the moving buttons. A small tear near a fixing point can affect the barrier even when the keys still operate. Preserve the intended compression during replacement rather than adding improvised layers to improve contact at one location. If sealing or button return changes after the housing closes, examine the closing geometry and support before altering the rubber profile.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
