Protective rubber chair tips need an internal profile suited to the leg ends they cover. Different styles may use round, square, or shaped sections, and the corner transitions can matter as much as the nominal width. A tip that binds before reaching its intended depth can leave the chair supported unevenly.
Inspect the leg end for burrs or sharp edges before fitting. Check the available engagement length and any nearby feature that could stop the tip prematurely. The outer contact face should suit the chair's resting angle rather than being selected only for its appearance.
Fit the complete set and check the chair on an appropriate level surface. Rocking can result from different seating depths or support heights even when each tip feels secure individually. Remove embedded grit from the contact faces during care and inspect for wear that could expose a hard leg edge. Replace with a compatible profile and height so that changing one tip does not introduce a new imbalance in the chair's support.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A tip that binds before reaching its intended depth can leave the chair supported unevenly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
