Walking stick rubber tips need inspection on their ground-contacting faces as well as around the shaft entrance. A tip can remain attached while its underside becomes worn, uneven, or embedded with debris. The visible sidewall is not a complete indication of its condition.
Use the replacement configuration appropriate to the walking-stick design and its established care process. The base profile should preserve the intended contact rather than introduce a different shape or height. A worn-through area or damaged edge should be addressed before the stick is relied on for support; added pressure cannot restore missing or torn rubber.
During routine care, remove trapped material and look for wear concentrated at one part of the base. Repeated uneven wear warrants attention to the tip's fit and the complete stick rather than replacement based only on its outside diameter. Check the socket for loosening as a separate interface. After any permitted removal for cleaning, restore the intended seating and confirm that the replacement or refitted part remains compatible with the shaft and support arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
