Adjustable rubber feet need a complete fixing arrangement that holds the selected position under the intended load. The flexible contact surface is only part of that system; the adjustment mechanism, receiving leg, and method of securing the setting determine whether the support remains consistent in use.
For chair applications, evaluate the full set on the assembled furniture and check how adjustment affects resting height and balance. For ladder applications, use only a configuration appropriate to the specific ladder and its intended setup. Similar-looking feet are not automatically interchangeable, and the rubber component alone cannot establish safe loading or stability.
Check that the adjustment leaves the required engagement and that no hard leg edge or fixing reaches the supporting surface. Inspect after repositioning or relocation for an altered setting, looseness, and uneven wear. If one foot repeatedly loses its position, address the securing arrangement rather than readjusting it before each use. A stable support depends on the complete assembly preserving the intended geometry.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. For chair applications, evaluate the full set on the assembled furniture and check how adjustment affects resting height and balance. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
