Custom silicone rubber feet can restore the intended contact points beneath a product when an existing support is missing or a new base layout is being developed. With self adhesive attachment, the available bonding area becomes part of the fit: a matching visible diameter is not enough if the underside has a recess or raised rim.
Measure the support height relative to the base rather than from a detached foot that has already flattened. The replacement needs to work with the remaining supports so the object sits evenly. A pad that is slightly higher may take most of the load and leave another corner unsupported.
Remove old adhesive carefully and keep the seating surface intact. Bond the new foot only after the area is clean and dry, then check the product in its normal loaded position. Material and adhesive choices should suit the mounting finish and expected handling. Periodic cleaning of the contact face helps prevent a layer of dust from changing how the product rests on its surface.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
