Black silicone rubber foot pads with adhesive backing protect contact points without separate screw mountings. The outline and thickness can be customized to fit the supporting area beneath the product. Their performance as fitted parts depends on both the adhesive interface above and the rubber contact face below.
Prepare the mounting surface so it is clean, dry, and compatible with the selected adhesive. Position the pad carefully before applying the pressure and settling time appropriate to that adhesive. A recessed or textured mounting area may provide less bonded contact than its overall outline suggests. The pad should remain within its intended location without an exposed edge that is easily caught during handling.
Where several pads support one product, coordinate their installed heights and positions. Evaluate the complete product on the surface it will use rather than judging a single loose pad. Keep grit away from the contact face, and inspect the bond if a pad begins to shift. Replacement should restore the intended mounting condition after removing unsuitable residue from the previous adhesive.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
