These self adhesive rubber feet provide small contact points beneath a product without requiring holes through its base. Their custom shape and size allow the support layout to follow the available flat areas, including narrow corners where a larger pad would overlap a seam. Silicone is an available material choice, with the final compound and adhesive matched to the intended surface and conditions.
Plan the footprint around the loaded object. Feet placed too close together leave an outer edge easier to tip, while a pad projecting beyond the housing can catch during handling. The finished height should keep the base clear of the supporting surface without obstructing nearby openings or access points.
Apply each foot to a clean, dry area and press across its entire bonding face. A textured or curved underside needs particular attention because partial adhesive contact can allow an edge to lift. Keep the contact faces free of dust, and inspect their positions if the object starts rocking or sliding differently during use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
