Custom rubber furniture crutch chair leg tips provide an end fitting for a leg or tube. The internal cavity holds the mating member, and the base supplies the rubber contact surface. Dimensions, compound and hardness can be developed for the particular furniture or crutch design.
The intended use determines more than the tube size. A chair leg can remain at a fixed angle, whereas a crutch tip meets the ground through changing positions during use. Each design therefore needs its own contact geometry and retention assessment. An end fitting that fits a tube should not be assumed suitable for another product carrying a person.
Check the support member for sharp edges before fitting. The tube end should sit where the tip is designed to support it, with sufficient material beneath the contact point. Inspect the finished assembly through its intended positions to identify edge loading, looseness or interference. Keep the ground contact area clear of embedded grit and replace worn components using the required configuration. A rubber tip alone does not define the load capacity or stability of the complete product.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
