A molded rubber tip can restore a covered contact point to a chair leg when the original foot has worn away or gone missing. The replacement needs to match both the leg end and the remaining feet. Its external height alone does not show the final chair height because the leg may sit at a different depth inside the new part.
Inspect the leg that lost its tip for the cause. A sharp edge, distorted tube or recurring sideways drag can damage a new fitting in the same place. Correcting the receiving surface is part of achieving a useful replacement fit, rather than simply pressing on a thicker cap.
Compare the chair's contact points once the new tip is seated. If one corner sits high, review the internal seating depth and the condition of the other feet. Keep the floor-facing rubber clean and check the replacement after normal use. Early movement, a rolled rim or a new split indicates that the profile or retention needs further attention.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
