Non slip rubber feet should be evaluated on the supporting surface used by the electronic equipment. Silicone contact, footprint, load, and cleanliness all contribute to how the product resists unwanted movement. A result on one bench finish should not automatically be carried over to another coating or a surface with cleaning residue.
Choose the installed height and mounting interface around the equipment base. Keep the supports clear of vents and service features, with enough contact area beneath the intended load. The completed product should rest evenly without a cable or housing corner reaching the surface elsewhere.
Fit the feet fully and assess normal handling after assembly. During care, clean the contact faces and inspect for loose or displaced supports. If movement behavior changes, examine both the surface and the support arrangement. Adding another foot without considering height can unload existing supports, so any revision should preserve the intended stance rather than merely increase the number of rubber contact points beneath the device.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Silicone contact, footprint, load, and cleanliness all contribute to how the product resists unwanted movement. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
